Operational Model

How the System Works

  1. Registration & Vetting: Sign up via app/website, submit truck documents, insurance, NMDPRA permits, driver license, and safety certificates. Lynphyl inspects trucks for roadworthiness and safety. Approved partners get a Lynphyl truck ID, GPS tracker, and safety induction.
  2. Job Allocation: Customer places an order (via app, call center, or sales team). Job is posted on the Partner App. Available trucks accept jobs; closest/suitable truck is matched automatically.
  3. Delivery Process: Partner arrives at depot/loading point, loads verified quantity & quality, GPS tracking is active, and customer confirms delivery with digital signature or OTP.
  4. Payment & Settlement: Lynphyl invoices customer, deducts 20% commission, and pays the balance to Partner Hauler weekly or bi-weekly.

Monetization Model
  • Commission: 15–20% per trip
  • Partner Subscription: ₦25,000/month for premium job priority
  • GPS Tracking Fee: ₦10,000/month (covers data & monitoring)
  • Optional Fuel Advance Service: Small interest on float to load product before payment
